Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Empowered 2 Win LLC / GPS Speakers Academy website and participation in or purchase of Empowered 2 Win LLC / GPS Speakers Academy programs, coaching, memberships, subscriptions, training, events, digital products, and related services. By using the website, enrolling, subscribing, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with these Terms and any offer-specific enrollment terms presented to you.

2. Programs and Services

Program descriptions, schedules, instructors, features, bonuses, delivery methods, and availability may be updated when reasonably necessary. GPS Speakers Academy / Empowered 2 Win LLC may improve or modify program delivery while seeking to preserve the overall value of the applicable offering.

3. Pricing, Deposits and Payment

Prices, deposits, subscription charges, installment schedules, and other payment obligations are disclosed at checkout or in the applicable offer or enrollment agreement. You authorize charges according to the payment option you select.

Deposits and completed sales are final and non-refundable unless the specific written offer, checkout page, or agreement expressly states otherwise.

4. Installment Plans

An installment plan is a payment arrangement for the full purchase price and is not a cancel-anytime subscription. By selecting an installment plan, you commit to paying the entire agreed program or service price. Stopping participation or discontinuing use of the program does not, by itself, cancel the remaining payment obligation. Remaining installments continue to be due according to the agreed payment schedule, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

5. Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions renew and are billed according to the cadence and terms disclosed at enrollment. Unless an applicable offer states otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the cancellation becomes effective but does not retroactively refund amounts already paid or charged. Subscription-specific cancellation instructions and terms presented at enrollment also apply.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Except where a specific written offer expressly provides otherwise, all sales, deposits, and amounts already paid are final and non-refundable. Any offer-specific refund, cancellation, transfer, or credit provision displayed at checkout or in an enrollment agreement controls for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Intellectual Property

GPS Speakers Academy / Empowered 2 Win LLC owns or licenses its curriculum, frameworks, training materials, videos, recordings, templates, graphics, logos, and other content. Materials are provided for authorized personal or internal business use and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, publicly posted, taught, licensed, or commercially exploited without written permission.

8. Community Conduct

Participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully. Harassment, unlawful conduct, unauthorized solicitation, intellectual-property infringement, misuse of confidential information, or conduct that disrupts or threatens the community may result in restricted access or removal, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

9. Education, Coaching and Results Disclaimer

GPS Speakers Academy / Empowered 2 Win LLC provides education, training, coaching, strategy, and professional-development resources. We do not guarantee speaking engagements, clients, media opportunities, revenue, income, business growth, awards, or any specific professional or financial result. Individual results vary based on effort, implementation, experience, market conditions, and other circumstances.

10. Testimonials

Testimonials and participant experiences represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another participant will achieve the same or similar results.

11. Third-Party Services

Certain services may be supported through third-party community, video, scheduling, CRM, payment, email, or SMS platforms. Use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Communications

By providing contact information, you agree to receive service-related communications needed to administer your registration, purchase, membership, subscription, appointment, or participation. Marketing text messages require the applicable consent. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GPS Speakers Academy and Empowered 2 Win will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, programs, materials, or services. Any limitation that cannot legally apply will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights or procedures under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or GPS Speakers Academy services will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in or serving Cincinnati, Ohio.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date and will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.
